Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please note we do not export outside the UK.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Our products are packed in a special insulated box with ice packs which ensure that the product inside is kept cold whilst in transit from us to you.
Uk mainland orders: Delivery charge is £3:50 for up to 10 kgs
Delivery Schedule
Orders received on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday will be dispatched on a 24 hour service. In normal circumstances this means you will receive your order by the end of the week.
Orders received Thursday and Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday on a 24 hour service.
An email will be sent notifying you the exact day your parcel will arrive.
Our carriers will deliver your parcel between 9am and 5pm. Mon - Friday
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All of our meat products are zero-rated for VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
