This traditional ham is cured on the bone, matured in our own-recipe brine for a week, butchered, smoked, slow cooked with the rind on ( this adds flavour ), cut into joints and packed.
Storage
As soon as your Ham arrives transfer to your refrigerator. Once opened consume within 3 days and by ‘use by’ date shown. All items suitable for home freezing.
